Creation and Use of Databases on Elections in V4 Countries: Experience for Ukraine

Формування і використання баз даних про вибори в країнах В4: досвід для України

We are interested in having experts from V4 countries who will tell why and which databases they use on election issues. That is, we are waiting for the experts to necessarily indicate their topics of speeches/presentations, which will last up to 30 minutes each. After that, there will be a discussion of the effectiveness, features and consequences of the creation and use of databases in political science in general, and after that on the issues of parties and elections. Finally, the experts will talk about working with data on the results of local and regional elections, since this problem is very poorly solved in Ukraine, but it finds interest in V4 countries (which have the experience of other European countries).

Ми зацікавлені в тому, щоб були експерти з країн Вишеградської четвірки, які розкажуть, чому і які бази даних вони використовують з проблем виборів. Тобто ми чекаємо, що експерти обов’язково представлять свої виступи/презентації, які триватимуть до 30 хвилин кожна. Після цього відбудеться обговорення ефективності, особливостей та наслідків створення і використання баз даних у політології загалом, а після цього – щодо питань партій та виборів. Нарешті, експерти розкажуть про роботу з даними за результатами місцевих і регіональних виборів, оскільки в Україні ця проблема охоплена доволі погано, але вона цікавить країни Вишеградської четвірки (які мають досвід інших європейських країн).
